About

Welcome to the Business Educator!

Rachel Chung created this site to organize and track educational resources that she thinks is useful for business professors. Rachel uses the following criteria to determine if something should be included on this site:

1. Cutting Edge: The resource must reflect skills and knowledge that prepare the student for effective functioning in the contemporary society. Preference is given to resources that promote digital literacy, but all critical skills for the 21st century are considered priority.

2. Scholarly: The materials must be academic in nature. While this site does not focus on primary business research, a resource is considered only if it demonstrates characteristics of scholarship, such as theoretical relevance, rigor of the evidence supporting the arguments, and statistical reasoning.

2. Socially Responsible: Being business savvy does not mean one has to be socially ignorant. Educators have social and moral responsibilities to promote strong citizenship, encourage social innovations, and be good stewards of our students' time, resources and attention.
